This came to me first thing as I entered the studio. I think I’m processing thoughts of: recession, what I have read about the great depression and new laws about to be introduced and this came up. I always have a beef against bureaucratic red tape, the entrepreneurial lawmaking that has proliferated in recent years. This is perhaps because I am not a naturally gifted person in that area I suppose. I am much more visual rather than linear, more entrepreneur than a ‘Do what I’m told’ fellow.

So I ponder that hard times make a significant difference to how people act. In that space the benefits of detailed legislation are lost as people have to get on and survive. You can sue me but if I have nothing you are wasting your time creates a different perspective on life. In some ways a freedom from fear of being sued over and above the agreement of working for payment which requires insurance and legislation and all your plugs being tested?

It’s a simple lyric but then, once I get over the complexity curve, I find all things so.

So click on link to move to blog and  again to see lyric sheet with notes. Have a great day.

Love N – Oh the picture – One of Christiane’s from our Canada trip driving through the Rockies. Strikes me when you are half way up a mountain you are focused on making it to the top and back and on survival!
